Terms and conditions
Our terms and conditions are designed to protect both parties. If you have any comments with respect to any of the provisions listed , please contact us.
1 - General
These conditions are part of all agreements, between the customer and us.
2 - Prices
All prices quoted are in Euros and include taxes. Prices are subject to change. The price changes will apply from the date of publication on the website and of course do not apply to bookings already made at that time.
3 - Payment
An initial deposit of 15% is required to make a temporary reservation. In order to complete the reservation the last 85% should be paid at least 1 month before arrival. You will receive an invoice for the deposit, the remainder is transferred to the house-owner. He can arrange a receipt for that part for you, once here.
4 - Commitment
If buyer fails to his or her payment obligations (see 3), we can decide to let the accommodation to another party. In this case the deposit can't be refunded.
5 - Offers
All offers mentioned on this website and elsewhere are valid as long as mentioned or placed. We can not be held to an offer when a customer could have reasonably understood that the offer contains an obvious mistake or error.
6 - Termination
Any reservation can be canceled within 7 days after the order date. Your cancellation will be confirmed by e - mail. If you wish to cover for cancellation, we recommend a cancellation insurance.
7 - Warranty
You have the guarantee that if the reservation is fully completed, the object in question will be at your disposal in the agreed period, including the services offered by us. Our services cost you nothing extra (they are paid by the house-owners), although they are paid effectively by the deposit as mentioned under 3. The service consists of communication between guest and house-owner, making of the reservation, sending detailed information on excursions, and a guide on the spot , in case of unexpected problems concerning your stay in one of our accommodations.
8 - Rebooking
We work with several homeowners, therefore rebooking is only possible under certain conditions.
If you want to modify your reservation, this is possible without extra costs (other than any price difference), as long as the total amount has not yet been paid yet, and the desired new location is free. If you wish to rebook once in Sobrarbe you can get a discount of 15% for an alternate location, if it is available. In the highly unusual situation, that you have reserved and paid in advance, but we can not guarantee the reservation, we will offer you a (number of) alternative(s). Provided that you do not comply, your deposit will be refunded.
9 - Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage after delivery, for any reason whatsoever caused to the customer, the business of the customer, to others or to property of third parties. The services offered by us are clearly and truthfully described and as complete as reasonably required and where the commercial intent is clear. Our liability can never exceed the amount that is paid to us.
10 - Privacy & Security
All personal data provided to us will be stored by us and used exclusively for the handling of the reservation. The personal data will never be made available to third parties, except if necessary to complete the reservation (a house-owner for example).
11 - Complaints
For complaints regarding our services, please contact us. We will respond within two working days on complaints and we will handle the complaint within 30 days. If this accidentally will fail, the customer will be informed of the delay within the set timelimits.
12 - Disputes
If a customer unexpectedly is not satisfied, we will always try to solve this in close consultation with the customer. If we and the customer remain in dispute, then the dispute can be submitted by either party to a competent court, taking into account paragraph 9.
