Entremon

The Entremon is a narrow gorge that connects two lakes with eachother. This has always been a beautiful natural phenomenon, but now with the dam it is even more spectacular. The narrow path is about 20 to 50 meters above the waterline (this depends on the amount of water in the river), and at some points the path is carved into the narrow cliff; an amazing hike.

As a daytrip it makes a great combination with the walk to the ‘Castillos de Samitier’, because when you look up, you see above you how spectacular the castillos are up there on the top of the cliff...

We believe this is one of the better kept secrets of the Spanish Pyrenees, usually you don’t see other people during this walk.

This walk is both perfect for a cloudy or a very warm day; the gorge gives you protection and shade.
