Posada al Vent
Indulge yourself in Posada al Vent, a small hotel near Ainsa, which is open to the public since 2015. Daniel is a chef, but wanted to be able to pay a little more attention to the guest than he could in his hectic Valencian restaurant. So, with Lucia he searched a nice place to make this dream come true.
In Posada al Vent you will find a lot of theirselves, with taste they brought back life in the house, which now is an oasis of calm. With only 6 rooms, the hotel can also referred to as a bed and breakfast, the rooms all have an amazing bathroom, 3 of 6 actually are suites, one even has a private terrace with seating.

We had a nice week. Partially for the beautiful weather, but also for the spectaculair scenery and our stay in Posada al Vent.
These people are truly warm, authentic, and very helpful; whatever question you've got, they're there to help you. You see that they do it with heart and soul, really a charming couple.
The decoracion is very tasteful and with enough comfort. Everything is very neat and you have real hotel service here; everything is cleaned daily and the bed made.
The food is also delicious and cared for. The breakfast is very original, everything is fresh and most of it is homemade. The evening food is very tasty. We have eaten there three times and they put a lot of effort into presentation (table dressing, original cutlery, they make haste 'paintings' of their food and try to combine original dishes with each other. Price/quality very good.
It is also well located; quiet and yet within reasonable distance of some beautiful locations. Eg the Parque Nacional de Ordesa y Monte Perdido.
------
We're back from a great holiday in northern Spain. The time we spent in Posada Al Vent was extraordinary (apart from some physical inconvenience). The weather was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed Ainsa, the walk to Castillos de Samitier, observing the bearded vultures and the walk through the Anisclo Gorge. But above all, we were impressed with the dedication and kindness of Daniel and Lucia. If we return to the Pyrenees, we will find you (and them) again.
