On holidays you'd like to enjoy nature and culture. But you're in Spain! Enjoying the Spanish way of living is one of the best things you can do in Sobrarbe and especially Ainsa. A sneak preview: Up in the old town of Ainsa you can extensively eat in various places for lunch or dinner. The tapas restaurant 'La Carasca' is a must, as is  the theatrical "Callizo". Want to have a bite with the locals? Go down in Ainsa to eg Sanchez or Dos Rios. There are probably more restaurants in Ainsa then you can try during one holiday!
